Who I Am
Welcome to Brae Wellness!
I’m Brenna (she/her), a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with greater self-acceptance and resilience. My work is centered on guiding you toward deeper self-understanding, helping you tend to the sticking points and patterns that may be holding you back.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck—whether in anxiety, depression, major life transitions, grief, or relationship struggles. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, uncovering your inner wisdom and creating space for healing and growth.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I integrate mind-body awareness, self-compassion, and evidence-based strategies to support you in moving forward in a way that feels authentic to you. My goal is to provide an environment where you feel heard and supported—especially when life feels heavy. Sometimes, just having a safe place to process everything can make all the difference, allowing us to honor both the challenges and beauty of your experiences.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.
