    Relationships shape so much of our lives—how we connect, set boundaries, and care for ourselves and others. If you often feel unseen, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to navigate relationships—whether with a partner, family, friends, or even yourself—therapy can help.

    This isn’t couples counseling. It’s focused on you—your experiences, your needs, your growth. Through a structured, insight-driven 12-week process grounded in interpersonal psychotherapy, we’ll explore how past experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional responses shape the way you relate. Along the way, you’ll strengthen communication, build self-compassion, and learn how to regulate your nervous system in the face of relational stress.

    By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your relational world—and practical tools to engage with it in ways that feel more connected, intentional, and aligned with your values.

    As women, we often navigate a world filled with expectations, pressures, and past experiences that shape our sense of self. Whether you're facing relationship challenges, life transitions, self-doubt, burnout, or grief, therapy offers a space to explore, heal, and grow.

    I take a feminist, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the ways societal and cultural influences impact mental health. Together, we’ll work to unlearn harmful narratives, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate self-acceptance. You don’t have to carry everything alone—this is a space for you to be heard, supported, and empowered.

  • I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit before scheduling a full session.

    My standard fee is $165 per 50-minute session, with payment due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards (including HSA/FSA cards) for easy, secure payment.

    Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, with biweekly appointments available in certain cases. If you have any questions about fees or payment options, feel free to reach out!

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for potential reimbursement. I accept all major credit cards to keep payments simple and convenient.

    I know that paying out of pocket can feel like a hurdle, but it also means your therapy is truly your own—offering greater privacy, flexibility, and the freedom to focus on what matters most to you, without insurance limitations.

  • If you're in crisis or need immediate support, you’re not alone—help is available. While I’m unable to provide emergency services, there are several resources in Washington State that can offer immediate assistance whenever you need it.
